I won a competition for the best short-film concept when on a performing arts training week, in which we had workshops with some of the best in the industry-dancing, writing, directing and acting. I have climbed 2 of the 3 peaks and will be climbing the 3rd in May this year with friends. talents I customize a lot of clothes,I am a talented designer and I am currently designing and making accessories to showcase and sell whilst studying Fashion Design with Textiles at University,currently in my first year. I am skilled in creative drawing, painting, writing, fabric dyeing and both hand and machine embroidery. I have had a small but healthy amount of mentoring for acting from Sophia Rashid, a multi- talented writer currently working for the BBC and Granada, and have her to thank for a invaluable insight to the industry. interests and hobbies I have always had a strong interest in every type of dance; Flamenco, Street, Ballroom, Popping, Tango, Salsa.etc Dancing is something I thoroughly enjoy as another form of expression. Knitting is a hobby I have rediscovered within the past 2 years, and it also feeds into my creative designing of accessories. I have a very keen interest in films and am very passionate also about the art of acting. I love customizing outfits and accessories, and exploring my creativity. I love to read, books of substance and meaning, symbolic and metaphorical stories fascinate me and feed my love for literature. Outdoor activities such as climbing, surfing, hiking, biking, walking, skiing, camping.etc Music is something that deeply inspires me and its influence and the passion it evokes will never cease to astound me. Photography is another hobby which I am quite passionate about. Therapeutic massage, biology and the anatomy is something that interests me a lot. I love to travel also, like many people, but I find the best experiences are when you are sharing with another persons' culture, no matter your differences. ambitions I aspire to have my own clothes line, with clothing that encourages, uplifts and inspires. I would also love to push my passion for acting/directing and performing. I hope to travel and experience different countries' cultures throughout the world and widen my perspectives further. experience In the past I have modeled voluntarily with my high school for a collaboration of a fashion showcase and a clothing sale. And more recently I took part in a creative fashion shoot to help a friend with her college project.
