So far, I feel I have achieved many things. Academically, I have gained 10 A-C GCSE's, 3 A-Levels and I am currently studying for a BSC in Adult Nursing which I hope to complete in September 2010. I work in my local hospital and on the community, interacting with people from all walks of life. I really enjoy my job and the challenges it presents and although it's tiring, it is well worth the effort.
talents
Unfortunately, I don't believe I possess the usual talents such as singing and dancing, but I feel my ability to listen and appreciate other peoples ideas and aspirations, compensates for this. My lifestyle is often hectic, juggling studies and work but I always take pride in my appearance as this is important to me and key in giving a good impression.
interests and hobbies
University and work take up the majority of my time but I try to make time for myself, family and friends whenever possible. I love going into town for a night out or having a girlie night in!
ambitions
I feel I am a bit young to know what my ultimate ambition in life will be but in the short term I hope to graduate with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Nursing. I'm taking part in the Race for Life again this year and hope to raise more than I did last year for a charity which is close to my heart. I intend to grab life with both hands, give it a shake and make the most of each and every opportunity that comes my way!

I have worked part-time since I was 15 in various job roles. I have no previous experience in beauty pagents and admit I'm very nervous, but everyone has to start somewhere!
